This week, in summer re run #4, we revist Episode 12, entitled: Successful Self-Directed Lifelong Learning in Medicine: A Conceptual Model Derived from Qualitative Analysis of a National Survey of Paediatric Resident. They examined the authors' model for successful self-directed learning; which was created by analyzing qualitative data from a national survey of residents.
