This week, the holiday season begins, and along with that often comes wonderful holiday gatherings. But in many cases, those family gatherings might be awkward. If you're headed into this week thinking, "I hate how politically charged family gatherings become. How do I dodge these situations?" or "I love my family, but they drive me nuts at holiday dinners," this is the conversation for you. But we can't ignore the reality that for some of you, you're hiding tears, thinking, "I am alone during the holidays, and really get depressed. I'd give anything to have a family dinner, even if it's crazy." Joining us this week is my good friend, Dr. John Delony.
