In this episode, I have a beautiful conversation with my amazing friend Shadya Karawi Name about how we can get out of our own way and start flowing with life!

Shadya is a Spiritual Mentor from Barcelona who inspires, expands and transforms the lives of thousands of people all around the globe. To do this she uses an intuitive combination of astrology, channelling, psychology, tapping and family constellations so they can let go of whatever holding them back in their life so they can step into the highest, most magical version of themselves. 

I met (and manifested) Shadya just under a year ago and she is my go-to person to help me reframe, shift and celebrate anything that is coming up for me in my life. Even though we have never physically met we are totally best friends and she is super gifted at what she does!

Whilst Shadya doesn't have horses physically in her life everything we speak about is directly applicable to any area of our life including what we are doing with our horses. Because if we can become our happiest, most authentic versions of ourselves then that's when our horses truly shine.
