371. Outreach 101 - Borrow My Virtual Assistant

This week's episode on the Artist Academy Podcast is all about how I’m gaining mural customers from reaching out to businesses via email/DM and how you can get started too.

Outreach can be a pain in the a$$ if you don’t know what you’re doing. I know, because I’ve been spending the past few months figuring it out. I’m pretty new to this still, but there are a few things I’ve come to learn that I think you’ll find interesting.

I couldn’t do this without my VA (virtual assistant). I would get bored of it FAST and not make time. She is worth every penny because without her it would NOT get done.

It’s a numbers game, but personalizations double/triple conversion rates.

CRM platforms like HubSpot make things both more difficult and easier.

I almost expect no reply on the first email. Follow-ups are where it’s at. Summarize the first email = that’s your followup.

You do NOT need to have some crazy impressive mural experience (pitch deck) but it helps.
