Dr. Bobinet is the CEO and founder of Fresh Try, a behavioral software for habit formation and lasting change. She has authored two books, "A Well Designed Life" and "Unstoppable Brain," which explore the neuroscience behind behavior change and offer practical strategies for overcoming failure and stress.
