Raised in the war on drugs, Kevin Dixie "The Real NOC," saw first hand the effects of over policing, officer corruption, and the effects of fatherlessness in his city. But he also witnessed the positive effects of engaged officers putting in real work. Civil Rights advocate and firearms coach, KD talks about his days of working law enforcement in St. Louis, being the first in his family to earn a college degree, honing his instructor skills, the evolution of gangs in St. Louis, the do's and don'ts in community policing, and his No Other Choice firearms training.
