The Old Testament recounts the event of Moses raising a bronze serpent in the wilderness, where all who gazed upon it were healed. This event foreshadowed the New Testament, where Jesus was lifted up on the cross, bearing the sins of humanity. Even today, those who look to Him and obey Him can find salvation in His name.
