Having started one practice a decade ago and staring down the barrel of opening another one, I am acutely aware of several things that I believe are a top priority to make a successful new office. Some of these I've had to learn the hard way over the years and I will not underestimate their importance again. (00:45)

Big things are happening with the new office! I've met with the architect and am fleshing things out. You definitely start to see the line between wants and needs. The other area that I have big plans for is: marketing. We do not do this enough as private practices and I am a huge believer in how much it pays off! (15:50)
