Hey friends, I’m back from my solo birthday trip to Cabo—something I’ve never really done before and I’ve been reflecting on this past year and, honestly, my entire life. Turning 44 hit differently, and I wanted to share four big lessons that have shaped me, especially recently.

I’m talking about trusting that the universe has your back (even when it feels like it doesn’t), finding the opportunity in tough situations, taking action before you talk yourself out of it, and believing people when they show you who they are.
