I always thought it was cliché when people said that everything changes when you have a baby, but now that I’m here, I completely understand what they mean! No matter how you slice it, your relationship with your partner does change after a baby. In this episode, I sit down with stay-at-home-mom and full-time blogger, Katharine Gonzalez to chat about tips for keeping a healthy marriage after having a baby. 

Katharine and I  are also a huge proponents of couples counseling pre and post baby. We talk about our experiences in couples counseling, how to find a marriage counselor, and when the right time to see someone is. Spoiler alert: we recommend seeking out a couples counselor sooner rather than later. There doesn't need to be a "problem" to start counseling!
