Some time ago, two cats on Instagram started chatting about police work and how to find balance...and now they jump on the mic to talk about real police work, recruiting, the true believers who are graduating police academies and rolling out on patrol.

Eric Tung, is the host of Blue Grit Radio, a current police leader, and runs the Blue Grit Wellness Instagram account that a lot of the hard chargers have been talking about.
