Now Shane is back to shed light on normalcy of negative thoughts, why we have them, and delve into the importance of self-belief and how it plays a critical role in our lives. He shares practical tips for dealing with negative thoughts before it manifests into something more chronic.

We discuss some simple techniques that can help snap individuals out of a negative state and into a more productive one quickly. He also provides insights on how to help our significant others and the importance of cultivating self-awareness.
