1)   What’s the source for the custom for women to avoid doing the laundry on Motzei Shabbos? [1]

3)  At the Kiddush in our Chabad House I noticed that some of our guests tend to add pasta and Chumus to their bowl of hot cholent. Do I need to say anything?[3]

4)  For our Purim event we have hired a magician; may he perform tricks using playing cards?[4]

5)  I take my son to the swimming pool, and whilst he is enjoying his session, I wait for him in the dressing room, which has multiple cubicles. May I learn my Shiurim whilst waiting there?[5]

6)  I have a doorway whose top is dome-shaped. When placing the Mezuzah in the top third – do I measure only the straight vertical posts or should I include the ‘dome’ into the overall measurements?

7)  Disposal of Challoh: Is wrapping the piece of dough in a bag anddisposing of it in the trash an equally acceptable alternative to burning the piece of dough?[7]

8)  A pamphlet about sheitels was distributed locally, including a letter of the Rebbe זי"ע. The publisher misunderstands the letter, to say that a sheitel harms one’s פרנסה. [8]

9)  Feedback on hot water boiled by a non-Jew on Shabbos: What if a non-Jew genuinely boiled the kettle for himself; may a Jew enjoy the remaining hot water? [9]
