Rededication Prayer:

Father, I humble myself before you and confess my sin and ask for forgiveness through Jesus. I want to thank you for hearing my prayer and for helping me return to you. I believe that Jesus is the Son of God, that He died on a cross for my sin, was raised from the dead and is now seated at the Your right hand. I have tried to do things my way, which never works out. I want you back in your rightful place in my heart, to be my Savior and Lord. I now ask the Holy Spirit to live inside me, freely, so that you may have my life fully.

I pray for guidance as I listen for your voice. Let me return to what is most important—you. Help my attitude to change so that instead of focusing on others and events to meet my needs, I can turn to you and find the love, purpose, and direction I seek. Help me to seek you first. Let my relationship with you be the most important thing in my life.

Thank you, Jesus, for helping me, loving me, and showing me the way. Thank you for the new mercies, for forgiving me. I rededicate myself to you wholly. I surrender my will to your will. I give you back control of my life.

You are the only one who gives freely, with love to anyone who asks. The simplicity of it all still astounds me. I will never stop reminding you of the victory you've given me. All the days of my life.
