In July 1988, three men - Kenneth Griffith, Earl Smock and Richard Mason - set off from Richard's house to beat the Tennessee heat at a local swimming hole. When they didn't return, searchers fanned out across the wooded terrain to find them. Tragically, the men's bodies were found four days later... and it would take almost a decade before justice was finally served in this case.
