My guest in this episode is Kevin Easterly. Kevin began investing in multifamily beginning in 2010 after the crash. He invested purchasing 4 and 8 plexus cash for cash flow. Then when he accumulated some cash flow with 35 units, he started purchasing franchises for more cash flow. He then sold his 35 units, got a couple of partners together and purchased 100 units as a JV deal in las vegas.

In 2015 Kevin then opened his 1st and  2nd club pilates franchise, 2017 he opened his 3rd club pilates franchise. In 2018, Kevin build a team and bought 8 cyclebar franchises and currently in the works for 20 more. 2 currently in contract.

Currently, Apollo 10x is Kevin Easterly's  holding company that owns 11 franchises and 105 apartments. His goal is 100 franchises and 1 billion in assets by the 10 year marker from today.
