45. Honor Your Intuition

When busy seasons get to be too much, what can we do? In this episode, Annemarie talks about feeling overwhelmed by the power of a few big yeses in her life. Some highlights of the episode are:

  • Sometimes, despite planning on preparing for a busy season, it can still get the best of you. Use that as a wake up call to make positive change in your life.
  • If you feel like you can't keep up, you're not alone!
  • Honor your intuition when things get to be too much

    • You deserve to live a life that moves at a pace you're comfortable with
