She then walks us through differential diagnosis and treatment of elbow pain with and without central sensitisation, and finally we discuss how treatment of elbow pain is much more global and complex than simply giving a patient wrist extension exercises. 

Val has over 20 years experience. She is the lead physiotherapist for shoulder and elbow conditions in Sheffield and works closely with the nationally recognised upper limb surgeons.
