What do pro cyclists do at Christmas? We rang Team BikeExchange joker Chris Juul-Jensen to find out.

James and Joe chat to the man who's name literally means Christmas in Danish about whether you should train on Christmas day, staying ready to race in the off-season and enjoying duck and caramel potatoes. We also talk the pleasure of getting dropped, drumming in The BroomWagons and Ginger Spice.
