Today’s SWAPA Number is 450.  That’s the number of cases that the Critical Incident Response Team has worked over the last year. With the holiday season approaching, we know that stress levels, both at home, and on the road, tend to increase this time of year.  So  today we are talking to SWAPA Project Lift committee chair Chess Fulton, and chair of the HIMS program, Tom Stanley.
