John is the founder of Black Belt Leadership, a results-focused coaching and training organization, teaching leadership, communication, sales & marketing. He’s also an Executive Director and President’s Advisory Council Member with The John Maxwell Team, a DISC-Certified Human Behavior Consultant, and a Real-Life Management Master Coach & Trainer. He’s traveled extensively over a 30+ year career and has spoken and trained internationally, including the Caribbean, Guatemala, Zambia, and Cameroon where he’s taught leadership conferences and trained hundreds of business professionals, along with their staff, to pursue life with Black Belt Excellence.
