This is not about going to another person or place or organization to get your cup filled. This is about creating your own sacred space that only you can access.

This kind of sacred space is not tainted by the opinions or rules of others. 

It is not colored by the false beliefs others have placed upon us (well-meaning or devious)

It is an entirely safe space of our own creation. Ourselves and the Divine.

Because we are powerful beings who deserve to give ourselves permission to access this sacred space.
