It's time to review some of the challenges I've seen businesses facing, while consulting and training companies across the UAE in October.

Here are the three big takeaways:

1) Staff Retention seems to be a real problem for many businesses. I've heard owners and managers complaining about disloyal staff, but they very rarely consider the loyalty THEY are giving their staff! I expand on this more, but I also want your thoughts 👇🏻

2) I'm seeing so many businesses that are terrible at recruiting talent for sales or business development. It's no wonder people fail when businesses don't actually look for any proof that applicants have done what's on their CV. Have you seen this happen?
