Carolyn Su is back for our monthly For the Love of The Run feature!

As usual, we had lots to talk about this month. First we dive into Matt's preparation for the Ocean State Marathon on October 23. We also discuss lessons learned from Matt's coaching clients who have PR'd at an astonishing rate so far this fall. Then Carolyn gives an update on her knee injury that detailed last month.
