Para decir hasta dentro del contexto del tiempo podemos usar "until" or "till" más informalmente. "I worked until/till three o'clock yesterday". Pero sí queremos hablar de cantidad tenemos que usar "up to". "There can be up to fifteen children in each class" - puede haber hasta quince niños en cada clase. Sí ya hablamos de distancias con hasta podemos usar "up to" o "as far as". "We walked as far as the forest and came back" - caminamos hasta el bosque y volvimos.
