Jason Kloth joined CICP in July 2015 and serves as President + CEO of Ascend Indiana. The initiative is a cross-sector, industry-led organization that collaborates with employers, education, and community partners to identify and address challenges within the talent pipeline. Prior to joining CICP, Jason led the Office of Education Innovation (OEI) as the deputy mayor of education under Indianapolis Mayor Greg Ballard.
