When was the last time you intentionally sat down and worked on your belief?
We know it’s important to work on our health, our habits, our breathing, etc. but we often overlook the need to work on our BELIEF. Today, I’m making the case that belief work is some of the absolute most important work you can do.
Why?
Because our brains are hardwired for survival, and because of that, we won’t put time and energy toward things that we don’t believe will work out. So if we want to do big things in our life, we have to override our brain’s natural desire to avoid risk. The only way to do that is to work on our belief.
If we’re not intentional about this piece of the puzzle, doubts start to creep in and, over time, our hopes and dreams die.
