Malcolm, aka “The Malchemist”, graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in 2005. He is a public speaker, author and intuitive chef who specializes in sharing the alchemy of superfoods and superherbs. He has an expertise and passion for creating and teaching others how to make energizing and healing foods, including chocolate, elixirs and ferments. He also operates his business owner "the Light Cellar" in Calgary Alberta.
