I first want to start by saying I am 10000% FOR doing the work TOGETHER, and working on things TOGETHER before ever deciding to make the decision to split. However I also believe you need to honor yourself and listen to the whispers within your heart, and evaluate your current relationship and if BOTH parties are willing to do the work, and/or willing to make the necessary changes/put in the effort in order to make the relationship work.

For me, I just knew it was time to make the decision and it was NOT easy to do.. I spent over 2 years waiting and hoping for a different answer in hopes we wouldn't have to come to this point.

It is not an easy decision to make and there is no rush, but honest communication and conversations are so key. I share some questions you can reflect on and the moments that made me realize within myself it was time...

It takes 2 people to make the relationship work and by the end I was so full of resentment I couldn't love or appreciate him the way he also deserves to be loved and appreciated... Anyways no natter what it is NOT easy and its a very difficult decision to make. Sending you so much love if youre trying to navigate this in your relationship right now because it was the hardest thing I ever had to decide to do. But ultimately I knew it was what was best for the both of us and our kids as of right now <3

No situation is the same and you need to follow your heart and do whats best for all of you involved, just know wahtever isnt worked on in the relationship or worked through, will likely show up again so it is worth trying to evolve and grow together before deciding to end things all together.
