Starting with The Big Goodbye: Chinatown and the Last Years of Hollywood by Sam Wasson, our plan is to read one book per month (roughly) and review it on the podcast.

Chinatown is the Holy Grail of 1970s cinema and The Big Goodbye chronicle's everyone from Jack Nicholson, to Roman Polanski & Robert Evans on how the cinematic masterpiece came to be.

A great movie and hopefully a great book...

We also got an update on the status of Jimmy's new book coming out in the coming months.
