The Lord doesn’t require that we get beat up in the process of moving forward with God’s intent and getting our soul healed. Kristi had to come to terms with the fact that when you walk with Jesus, He walks you through the broken world. There is still pain and brokenness, but He’ll be there for you. Kristi gives us a “Mental Health Healing 101” and shares her personal testimony into ministry. The Lord is faithful to bring things we need healing to the surface. He doesn’t need us to go digging down to find everything that is wrong with us. Our job is to be aware of only those things that come to the surface so we can take care of it, however we need to take care of it – whether that be therapy, a ministry appointment or sitting with the Lord. Whatever the Lord reveals to us, He will heal it.

• You 1 person and are made of 3 parts – spirit, soul and body
• You are created in the image of God who is 1 God and 3 parts – Father, Son and Holy Spirit
• Your soul – mind, will and emotions
• Your spirit is connected to God’s spirit when you know the Lord and are saved
• Your soul can be under attack. When your soul is surrounded to your spirit you are protected under the Lord. When you aren’t under your spirit you can be impacted
• With the Lord’s help, you reveal the lie. Kick out the lie. Replace it with a truth.
• When you believe a lie, your behavior is because of a lie.
• Whatever the Lord reveals to us, He will heal it.
