Emily Buchleitner & Beth Papotnik join us to talk about their Non-Profit Breakaway From Cancer. Emily was diagnosed with cancer and best friend Beth came alongside of her and they joined this fight together, as friends and sisters! Emily, diagnosed at age 32, went through chemo, lost her hair, but her love and fire for breakaway roping never ceased! 

“My rodeo family is what kept me going, roping, riding my horse, that kept me going everyday!” Emily said, I know this sounds crazy but I found God in a hurry through all of this! 

Focus on the fight through this battle! Learning how to look past the fight, cancer doesn't consume me, cancer is not who I am, I am a mom, wife, and a roper, that defines me not cancer!

Talking through the process of cancer, the wins, losses, family, encounters, and all of the things along the way!
