We've taken a longer break than usual between episodes, to give us time to draw breath after last season's rollercoaster and to give the club time to make forays into the summer transfer market - and now we're back with a bang to go through all the close season news.

Ed is joined by stalwarts Rhys and Jamie, as well as with debutants Chris Kirwan (of South Wales Argus fame) and Caitlin Bennett (of #HerGameToo fame). We analyse the incomings and outgoings and what they mean for our expectations of next season's County team, we discuss the arrival of a new Sporting Director, and we get over-excited about the prospect of away games to Harrogate, Sutton and Carlisle - there's a sentence we wouldn't have written pre-COVID.
