On this week's episode of the Rise and Run Podcast will be discussing running for a charity in relation to runDisney, charity fundraising, and ideas to reach your fundraising goals.

Allie and Greg start the discussion with how and why they run for their respective charities. We are then joined by Peter Brookhart from The Brookhart Project.  Peter and the gang discuss creative ways to fundraise for your charity bib.

Next, we are joined by Cheri  Witt to discuss the new Jeff Galloway App that was released this week.

With the Chicago Marathon occurring this weekend, Jack reminds our listeners to check the course by watching her Chicago 2021 video plus many more on the Passport to Run  YouTube channel which she does with Lexie.

On this weeks Race Report Spotlight we head across the pond to London for the 2022 TCS London Marathon were Rise and Runner’s Madge and Amie participated in this world major.
