Allen found a list of over-used sayings and wonders if they bother Kellie — or anyone! — as much as they do him. 

There are two things Kellie doesn’t excel at — cooking and sports. She took a swing at both and one was way more successful than the other. That led to a deep, dark walk down memory lane and some unexpected self-reflection. 

Coming up on May 11, 2024, is Operation Once in a Lifetime’s annual Rock the Troops event, this year at Armor Brewing Co. in Allen, Texas. This is an organization very close to Kellie and Allen’s hearts and they attend every year.
