More than 65% of full-time employees experience burnout, but the thing we fail to understand is that burnout isn't about being exhausted or overworked, it's about being misaligned. Putting yourself in an environment or a job that doesn't inspire you, challenge you, or more importantly, align with your values. No one knows this better than Rhonda Swan. 

She's a master at asking herself "Is what I'm doing something I can be proud of?" Instead of hamster wheeling in a job she didn't believe in, she followed her heart and her soul, taking a chance on herself at what seemed like the worst possible time. Since then, she's found success and failure along the way, but that way has been uniquely hers.
