The 69x Challenge is a discomfort management tool that we use to break out of our comfort zones and form the habits that we seek to gain and sustain.  It can also be described as "a community based physical and mental challenge for misfits and fuckups"

This episode is a walk through of the rules of the game and how we will evaluate and score ourselves and a little how the teams will work.  I thought the best way to do this would be to get with Devin and Caity, who often help push me through work and think through detailed things, and make sure that the rules makes sense.  So this is just a conversation we were already gonna have about the rules and I thought it could be useful as many people might have the same questions and reactions as Devin and Caity.
