Bryan Charles is the founder of Ketoned Bodies, the nation’s first Keto Meal Delivery Company and the only Regenerative Agricultural Meal Delivery Company in the country.

Born in West Texas, Bryan first got into nutrition when his mother was diagnosed with Parkinson’s. Ever the believer that food can cure all disease, Bryan started Ketoned Bodies when he was living away from his mother and wanted to make it easier for her to follow a ketogenic diet. His quest for the optimal diet has taken him down the road of working on a Master’s in Applied Clinical Nutrition and working towards being a Savory Institute Accredited Field Professional. His journey has led him to one defining belief: only food grown in a manner that regenerates the planet will regenerate humanity. In accordance with this belief, Bryan believes that having a relationship with a Regenerative Agricultural farmer or rancher is more effective and helpful than having a relationship with a doctor or pharmacist. His drive-in life currently is being part of developing a food system that is completely independent and free of industrial inputs and completely separate from industrial distribution channels also.
