If you remember back a couple of episodes, I told you about the new Gold Depository that was being set up in Texas.

This is huge news because it means a state, for the first time in modern history, will be challenging the Federal Reserve for control of the money supply.

If Texas is successful, it could entice other States to set up their own Depositories, or purchase legalizes the creation of private gold banks.

I wanted to know the specifics about the Texas Depository, so I invited Michael Maharry from the 10th Amendment Center on to discuss the particulars.
