Often times we choose a side hustle because we are striving for an additional source of income, or we know that our current full-time work is just not what we want to do for the long term. But in the case of Len, I truly believe that what began for him as a side hustle, is actually blossoming to be his life's work.

After nurturing his side hustle for a year and a half, he quit his secure, government pension, full-time job, in order to grow his business. That's gutsy! Now leading a team of 15 people, he scrambles to keep up with demand.
