Like it our not, the Corona virus will cause a fundamental shift in how we live, work, and play.  Much like how the events of September 11th changed how people operated so will our response to this virus.  After 9/11 people were scared, and reduced their travel, and instead invested more in their homes.  They got larger, they added more creature comforts like theater rooms, out door living areas and more.  

We take a look at how people's lives are changing and how simple adaptations to floor plans can solve some of the needs as a result of social distancing, isolation, working from home, bulk buying and other habits that are beginning to form.  These shifts cause huge needs inside peoples homes and will result in new designs.
