In this session of Sheep Camp we have Dylan Eyers (EatWild) jumping on the livestream to talk sheep hunting and meat care in the field. If you ask a sheep hunter what their favourite wild meat meal is, most of them will tell you sheep meat. Especially that first taste of sheep meat over the fire once they harvested a ram they worked so hard for.

Part of the sheep hunting experience if you are successful in harvesting a ram is bringing home the stories, trophy, and meat to share with your family and friends. Dylan will touch on tips for meat care when you're up on the mountain with a ram on the ground.
