I decided to do a bonus episode for this series to prepare you for what will happen in the next couple of months.

If you’ve been doing the practices, you’re probably already starting to see some results, and that new growth is exciting and will keep you motivated to keep going.

But as your mindset continues to mature, the changes won’t be as noticeable. Typically, people become less deliberate about their practices, and then their mindset shifts back toward lack.

I share three things that have helped me stay consistent with my practices (I haven’t missed a day of saying my mantras in over a year!)

The other thing I want you to know is that as your mindset shifts towards abundance, your negative thoughts and other people’s lack mindset will stand out.

Noticing your negative thoughts means you’re making progress, and in this episode, I tell you what I do to avoid going into a negative spiral.

Noticing other people’s lack mindset also means you’re making progress, but you won’t serve them or yourself if you point it out to them.

I share things you can do to protect yourself from negativity and teach others about abundance.
