In this episode, I’m sharing something I discovered back when I was in university: an overlap between William Sheldon’s somatotypes and the 16 personality system, Myers-Briggs. In the 1940s, William Sheldon developed a system that categorized people into three basic body types: endomorphs, mesomorphs, and ectomorphs. I’ll explain how somatotype, or body contour line, informs fabric choices and how you can adapt your fabric choices to fit your preferences.
