Today, we are introducing a new "Thrutruth" podcast series where we talk about truths from trail. In these episodes, we will be pulling from our community's experiences, Cheer will be giving examples and stories from her experiences on trail, and we may invite guests on in the future! Here, we talk about judgement on trail and some simple things to keep in mind to overcome it.
