This episode is all about the wisdom gained and personal realizations I had through my journey sitting with Ayahuasca last weekend. It took me from self love and the body, to childhood stored emotions, relationship with food and our body, the pain and sorrow of humanity, our interconnectedness, oneness and unity, pussy power and so much more ! It was beautiful, transformational and profound. If you have ANY fear or weirdness around plant medicine I would encourage you to dig into where that comes from? Because it is one of the most EFFECTIVE and POWERFUL healing modalities this earth has to offer.

It allowed me to release things from my childhood I didn't even realize I was still hanging onto or that had an impact on me, showed me the TRUE power of being a woman, connected me to myself, my power, self love, my future husband, God, the planet and mother nature. It was unbelievable and so powerful. With a range of pain, sorrow, grief, happiness, joy and unconditional love.
