Tom Gribby is a Talent Agent and former actor. He appeared as an actor in features such as Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna, Aaja Nachle & London Dreams. Tom founded The Home Talent Group, a London based Talent Agency, successfully representing musical theatre performers and actors in all areas of the industry: Theatre, Television, Film, Commercials and Dance, where he continues as Head Agent.

He made his producing debut in February 2020 with the UK Premiere of The Pirate Queen by Alain Boublil and Claude-Michel Schönberg: a one night charity concert at the London Coliseum in aid of Leukaemia UK, starring Rachel Tucker and Hannah Waddingham, Jai McDowall, Matt Pagan, Earl Carpenter, Daniel Boys and an ensemble and choir cast of over 60 performers.
