Today, Amanda Caseiro shares the story of her Wedding Pavilion ceremony and Grand Floridian Convention Center reception at the St. Augustine A–C ballrooms. She and Michael love Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, but when its ceremony venue was removed during construction, they had to pivot to create the Enchanted Tiki Room-inspired event they wanted at the Grand Floridian instead. Today you'll hear how they did this by working with their chef to customize a tropical menu and using an outside floral and décor vendor to create an island paradise inside a ballroom for less.
