Ken Donaldson is an experienced counselor, coach, trainer, and educator. He specializes in helping people who’ve struggled with depression, anxiety, addiction, and trauma, build healthy relationships, overcome addictive behaviors, and create positive change.

 

While building his private practice, he taught general psychology and abnormal psychology as an adjunct professor and later on became a president of the local coaching chapter for three years. Ken aimed to educate his clients, their families, and the local community about core issues and questions that bring people to therapy. 

 

He self-publish the book and workbook Marry Your Self First! Say “I DO” to a Life of Passion, Power, Purpose, and Prosperity. Followed by two eBooks: We Are All Addicts: The Epidemic of Hidden Addictions and 7 Steps of Recovery and Creating the Anti-Addiction Life and Why the Hell Am I Feeling This Way? Men And The Dreaded "D" Word: The Male Depression Syndrome.

 

Equiped with long list of professional credentials, he also trained and coached organizational and corporate leadership teams to develop maximum human performance, improve stress management, build healthier workplaces, and create work-life balance.
