Mindlessly scrolling on Facebook/Instagram? I'm guilty of that as well. But when I became aware of how unfilfilling it is, I chose to find other things to do when I'm tired (that's when I used to do this). I also talk about the years of our life that we spend on social media/watching TV and what are the activities that we can do to make our "tired time" more fulfilling, for the short term, but also for the long term.
